Hybrid — minsan sa bahay, minsan sa office (especially when there's free food or events)

Salary Range:
PHP 19,300- PHP 21,800

Dami ka marketing ideas pero kanal masyado para sa ibang kumpanya? Baka ito na ang sign na hinahanap mo We're looking for a Marketing Officer na marunong gumawa ng post at magpatawa kahit na stapler lang yung picture. Kasi boring talaga ang compliance wag na tayong dumagdag pa.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gumawa ng captions, graphics, o videos na may kwento at may kurot (sa tawa, sa puso, o sa pride).
  • Manghuli ng trends bago pa maging baduy, at i-twist para magmukhang Happy Hive original.
  • Makipag-coordinate sa ibang departments para may laman at kwento ang posts (hindi lang stock photo at motivational quote).
  • Magplano ng campaigns na may dating, hindi lang "Happy Monday" energy.
  • Paminsan-minsan, sumilip sa office para mag-shoot, mag-brainstorm, o mag-kape lang habang kunwari may meeting.
  • I-guide ang interns o support staff para lahat ng output may Happy Hive seal of wit.

Qualifications

  • Preferably may
    prior marketing experience
  • May
    portfolio
    — kahit 5 best posts mo lang, basta kita agad na may wit at originality.
  • Marunong sa social media trends, timing, at kung kailan okay mag-jump sa uso.
  • Magaling magsulat in Taglish na witty, warm, at may konting pilyo (pero hindi offensive).
  • Kaya magtrabaho nang minimal supervision — pero marunong humingi ng input pag kailangan.
  • Bonus points kung marunong ka mag-edit ng photo/video para sa social media, kung wala si Pat, meron naman kaming Canva Premium.
