Job Summary

The Marketing Officer plays a key role in driving the company's marketing initiatives through digital campaigns, content creation, event coordination, and client relations. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, maintaining strong customer engagement, and supporting business growth by leveraging modern marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer insights.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of marketing experience to be considered for this Marketing Officer role.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop, manage, and optimize product attributes for quality online listings across e-commerce and digital platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics and insights to optimize results.

Content Creation & Brand Promotion

  • Prepare, design, and manage marketing materials (social media content, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and website updates).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with current trends, platforms, and tools to deliver innovative and relevant marketing strategies.

Client Relations & Customer Service

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather customer insights and recommend improvements to enhance overall experience.

Marketing Activities & Events

  • Organize, coordinate, and attend events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand presence.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Market Research & Growth Support

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Meet quarterly or yearly marketing targets aligned with business objectives.

Teamwork & Operations

  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
