Assistant Accounting Manager

  1. Oversees month-end/year-end closing, GL reconciliation, and FS preparation and consolidation.
  2. Supervises intercompany transactions, audit coordination, and internal controls.
  3. Prepares budgets, OPEX/CAPEX reports, project cost monitoring, and fixed asset inventories.
  4. Reviews and approves journal entries, accruals, and petty cash.
  5. Supports the Accounting Manager/Director and provides guidance to accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required
  • Strong background in general accounting and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
  • Demonstrates leadership skills and keen attention to detail
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
