RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and prepare and issue billing invoice and billing statements to clients.
  • Receive and prepare and issue monthly statement of accounts.
  • Reconcile by verifying transactions and identify discrepancies.
  • Record all necessary transactions and review each detail to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
  • Keep track all the billing payments and update clients in their pending payments.
  • Monitor daily emails and address all billing concerns / issues from clients.
  • Record necessary transactions and file and organize necessary documents per account.
  • Secures accounts information by completing database backups and keeping information confidential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in billing or accounts receivable is ADVANTAGE.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping specifically on accounting receivable principles.
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant and applicable software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Good in math and numerical skills.
  • Good in time management and organizational skills.
  • Good in analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate and build rapport to clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively thru verbal or written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Desire to improve and enhance technical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
