We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven TikTok Specialist to manage and execute our complete TikTok presence, with a strong focus on Live Selling, Affiliate Management, and comprehensive TikTok Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Live Selling Management:

  • Plan, organize, and host engaging and high-converting live selling sessions to showcase products and drive immediate sales.

  • Manage the end-to-end process, from content planning and scheduling to setting up the live session and post-live analysis.

Affiliate & Influencer Management:

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a network of TikTok affiliates and influencers to promote products.

  • Negotiate terms, track performance, and foster strong, long-term relationships with key partners.

TikTok Marketing & Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy that aligns with brand goals and marketing campaigns.

  • Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and actively participate in relevant TikTok trends.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key TikTok metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates, sales) to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing and growing a brand's presence on TikTok.

  • Proven ability to host or manage successful live selling events that result in measurable sales growth.

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate or influencer programs.

  • Deep understanding of current TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices for organic reach and advertising.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and energetic on camera.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (Based on experience and proven track record)
