DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Planning and Execution

  • Develop monthly social media calendars for Juego, its specialty stores, and racket sports brands.
  • Coordinate with Multimedia Artists for visuals, videos, and other creative materials.
  • Write clear and engaging captions with relevant hashtags for visibility, engagement, and SEO.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business tools.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all Juego-managed social media pages.
  • Coordinate with store supervisors or relevant departments for customer-related inquiries and leads.
  • Manage and moderate community posts and discussions in Juego's Facebook groups.

Advertising and Performance

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ads on Meta and TikTok within approved budgets.
  • Track and optimize ad performance to meet campaign goals such as engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Prepare and present reports on ad results, audience growth, and social media performance metrics.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure that social media initiatives support campaigns for badminton, pickleball, and tennis.
  • Coordinate with the E-Commerce Department to support their promotions across Juego's social media assets, including ad placements and content boosts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Officer for campaign schedules, reporting, and analytics.
  • Partner with Multimedia Artists to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Business tools.
  • Basic understanding of paid campaign management, audience targeting, and budget handling.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.
  • Analytical approach to tracking performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brand pages and campaigns.
  • Interest in racket sports (badminton, pickleball, or tennis) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
