Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative TikTok Livestream Stylist (Costume Designer) with strong fashion awareness and excellent social media aesthetics. You will be responsible for styling all JOYA creators—including male groups, female groups, mixed groups, and newly formed teams—and designing visual concepts for weekly/monthly competitions and major seasonal events.

This role is essential in shaping the visual identity of JOYA's livestream ecosystem and elevating the performance quality of all shows.


Key Responsibilities
1. Styling for All Livestream Hosts & Group Performers
  • Create daily livestream outfits and performance looks for all JOYA talents
  • Ensure styling aligns with TikTok aesthetics, platform trends, and group identities
  • Maintain a high-fashion, camera-ready image with strong social media appeal
  • Oversee quick styling adjustments before and during livestreams

2. Costume Procurement & Wardrobe Management
  • Source and purchase suitable costumes for existing male groups, female groups, and mixed groups
  • Maintain and organize the wardrobe inventory for multiple teams
  • Track sizes, measurements, and outfit preferences of all performers
  • Work with finance to manage costume budgets efficiently
  • Ensure high-quality materials and stage-appropriate styling choices

3. Visual Identity Design for New Groups
  • Develop costume themes and signature styles for newly formed teams

    (e.g., concept groups, dance units, idol-style groups, themed teams)

  • Design visual direction including:

  • color palette

  • fabric selection
  • accessories
  • hair/makeup recommendations
  • Align with the group's personality, storyline, and performance direction

4. Styling & Stage Concepts for Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Events

You will be responsible for designing creative themes, looks, and props for:

  • Weekly competitions (Weekly Battles)
  • Monthly MVP or Ranking Competitions

  • Seasonal / festival events:

  • Halloween

  • Christmas
  • Valentine's Day
  • Summer themes
  • TikTok official campaigns
  • Plan styling concepts that enhance stage performance and increase viewer engagement
  • Coordinate with choreographers, set designers, and lighting/production teams

Qualifications
Required Skills

Strong fashion sense and trend awareness

Excellent social media aesthetics ("TikTok aesthetic + stage styling")

Experience in fashion styling, costume design, or wardrobe management

Ability to design group concepts (male group, female group, mixed group)

Good understanding of dance performance styling

Ability to match outfits to themes, mood, and choreography

Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Experience with K-pop/J-pop/C-pop group styling
  • Knowledge of live entertainment, theatre, or film costume design
  • Experience in TikTok/short video content creation
  • Basic sewing / tailoring knowledge
  • Visual design skills (mood boards, lookbooks, references)
