TASQ is on the hunt for enthusiastic and skilled individuals who are fluent in both Korean and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting role requires a solid command of both languages to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Effectively communicate with customers in both Korean and English, providing excellent support through phone, chat, or email.

- Help address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, clear, and effective solutions.

- Promptly organize and document customer interactions and feedback.

- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English.

- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred but not required.

- Must currently reside in Cebu City or nearby areas in Cebu province (or be willing to relocate).

- Availability for a screening interview and reachable for follow-up communication.

- If you're a foreigner, you must have a Philippine working visa already.
