Overview:

The Travel Administrator is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for all TRT personnel globally.

Key Deliverables:

· The Travel Administrator is responsible for the following:

· Accurate, cost-efficient, and timely booking of travel arrangements for TRT's employees globally.

· 100% accurate bookings upon travel requests, as approved by management.

· Maintenance of the travel log

· Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting on travel costs

· Organized by "date booked" and "date traveled."

Required Skills:

· High level of organization and ability to manage multiple responsibilities without falling behind.

· Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to provide a comfortable point of contact for staff concerns.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook

Key Accountabilities

· Maintain up-to-date records of all key deliverables and special projects.

· Comply with all current TRT company policies.

· Wear appropriate business attire.

· Fully update managers every week

· A travel administrator researches and books flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations, and provides travelers with directions and destination information.

· Knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documentation are a must.

Qualifications:

· Professional experience in the travel industry needed or preferred.

· Proficiency in business management and budgeting as well as in travel procedures

· Business management skills

· Microsoft Office Skill
