Job Summary:

As a Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize business processes. Provide end-user support to ensure effective use of the Salesforce platform. Manage the creation of user accounts, work-flow process, and integration with other systems. Engage with cross-functional teams to collaborate on future and ongoing Salesforce projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as primary System Administrator for our Salesforce platforms.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Respond to end user issues, enhancement requests and other administrative needs.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set and adoption across the organization.
  • Perform testing of features/functions as required.
  • Integrate Salesforce with applications such as our ERP application, and Third-party applications.
  • Ensure configuration consistency across development, test, and production environments including Salesforce change sets. Experience with utilizing Prodly a nice to have, Experience with integration tools like Workato a nice to have.
  • Develop Salesforce Flow Process, Managing the creation of custom Objects/Fields.
  • This position will be on Duke's normal North American business hours.

Job Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Admin certification required. Advanced Administrator certification nice to have.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information system or equivalent work experience.
  • Three-to-Five-year experience with relevant Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud system experience
  • Superior analytical skills plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Willingness to work extra hours if needed on assignments.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel if needed.

Schedule:

  • Hybrid
  • Mondays and Fridays (Work from Home)
  • Tuesdays to Thursdays (Onsite)
  • Mid-shift: 12nn to 10pm
  • Additional every 2nd Friday rest day
