Seeking an experienced SEO Specialists, a true strategist that will complement our client's diverse and talented teams in SEO, Development, & Digital Marketing. You will get to explore emerging technologies in the high-demand SEO and digital marketing industry and influence our ways of working within a very collaborative environment. You will continuously learn from our existing team of experts while also being able to contribute your own ideas and competencies to help the business progress and innovate.

About the Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to plan, develop and implement SEO strategies based on current/updated industry best practices
• You will be deeply involved in suggesting and decision making on improvements in process and productivity optimization
• A key part of your role will include preparations and presentations of regular reports
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization for top brand clients
• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Identify key SEO KPIs that will help improve and further advocate our clients' success
• Develop and implement link building campaigns
• Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals
• Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
• Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to consistently develop and recommend SEO strategies
• Research and administer social media tools in support of clients' social media strategy as needed
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Identify problems and deficiencies and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Strong mastery of SEO tools such as: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Majestic, and Google Search Console
• Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
• Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments highly desirable but not required
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration preferred but not required
