About the Role:

We are looking for an experience SEO specialist to join DGreat Solutions, playing a pivotal role in driving organic growth and enhancing online visibility for our clients. With a strong focus on creating high-quality, SEO-optimised contents and blogs and implementing cutting-edge strategies, the SEO specialist will ensure our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Optimisation: Develop and publish SEO-optimised content, including blogs, articles, and website copies, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and integrate targeted keywords seamlessly into content.

On-Page SEO Strategies: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image optimisation. Ensure all content aligns with search engine algorithms and industry standards.

Technical SEO Audits & Performance Optimization: Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, page speed optimization, and Core web Vitals.

Backlink Acquisition: Develop and execute effective backlink acquisition strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings. Build relationships with industry influencers and websites for link-building opportunities.

SEO Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed SEO performance reports for the client-facing team, highlighting key metrics, progress, and actionable insights. Monitor and analyse website traffic, rankings, and conversions to measure the success of SEO campaigns.

Client Management: Manage between 15 to 20 clients simultaneously, ensuring all SEO tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with clients facing-team to understand clients goals and provide tailored SEO solutions.

Additional Responsibilities (if portfolio is not full): Assist with web design and development projects, ensuring websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimised for performance. Create media designs, including graphics, banners, and other visual content, to support marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, with a proven focus on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in ranking highly competitive keywords and achieving significant organic traffic growth.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console for data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO elements such as core web vitals, mobile-first indexing, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing link-building strategies that drive authority and rankings.
  • Proven ability to optimize on-page SEO, including metadata, content structures, and internal linking strategies.
  • Familiarity with leading SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Rankability.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with experience reporting to clients or stakeholders.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
