We are a dynamic BPO company serving clients across Australia. Our core services include offshore staffing, business process outsourcing, and process automation. Now, we're expanding — and looking to build our Digital Marketing team by bringing on a passionate SEO Specialist.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for our clients' websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, content, internal linking, site architecture).
  • Manage off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
  • Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance via tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
  • Prepare clear, insightful SEO reports and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Who We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years' experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience working with international clients or in an agency/BPO environment.
  • Minimum qualification of high school diploma is required for this position.
  • Essential experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is mandatory.
