  • Coordinate with riders, couriers, and the operations team to monitor deliveries and address delays.
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Administrative Processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in logistics or courier services is an advantage
