Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Support Staff - RDUA in Supermarket. you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing and leading a team of store associates, responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of a facility, such as a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure accurate record-keeping, efficient handling of shipments, and compliance with safety regulations. It is an on-site role.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree
  • Willing to be assigned in Supermarket located at Caloocan
