Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of land survey documents, maps, and reports for titling and registration.

· Coordinate and follow up with government offices (DENR, LRA, Register of Deeds, Assessor's Office, etc.) regarding application status and compliance requirements.

· Compile, organize, and maintain land documents, such as technical descriptions, tax declarations, and title copies.

· Facilitate the processing of land transfer, subdivision, or consolidation applications.

· Ensure all supporting documents meet regulatory and legal standards.

· Assist in fieldwork activities under the supervision of the Senior Geodetic Engineer when required.

· Maintain a tracking system for all land titling and documentation activities.

· Prepare reports, correspondence, and updates on project progress.

· Support the Geodetic Engineering team in other land administration tasks as needed.
