Qashier is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end bookkeeping and accounting for Qashier in the Philippines.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements including variance analysis.
  • Prepare management reports and reconciliations.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors as necessary.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable processing.
  • Monitor and prepare AR aging reports on a weekly basis, proactively track major accounts and address issues to ensure timely collections.

  • Oversee team responsible for regional payouts and reconciliation.

  • Responsible for the country's treasury and cash flow. Periodic forecasting and submission of cash forecasts to HQ.
  • Preparation and filing of all company taxes such as VAT, Withholding tax and corporate income tax. Liaise with government authorities as needed.

  • Lead a small team of accountants and finance executives.

Qualifications: 
 4+ years experience in audit, consulting or tech/startup, strong academics, overachiever/top-performer and solid accounting knowledge.
