Job Description:

  • Identifying and researching, analyzing, and negotiating commercial leases with lessors.
  • Preparing permitting applications and negotiating with local government units to expedite permitting.
  • Negotiating with lot owners and securing documents supporting the contract of lease.
  • Troubleshooting to resolve challenges/issues on-site in support of other domains.
  • Monitoring the company's Site Acquisition and Permitting progress.
  • Planning and ensuring the plan is achievable and doable.

Qualifications:

  • With 4-years Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
  • 5–10+ years of acquisition working experience, with background in real estate companies.
  • Knowledgeable in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting process.
  • Knowledgeable in ownership or property documents of prospective or potential lessors.
  • Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day activities.
  • Telecom experience or Construction experience as long as with pure SAQ exp.

Location: BGC, Taguig

Salary: The final offer will be based on the applicant's current or previous salary. Rest assured, it will be higher than their existing/last pay.
