Key Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Architecture/Engineering course.
  • Must have a valid PRC license
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisorial experience in the same field
  • With over 5 years relevant experience in property/facilities/building administration
  • Well adept in Administration and office management
  • Safety Officer credential is advantageous
  • Familiar with government regulations and ordinances
  • With excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Amenable to work in Makati City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
