As our Training Supervisor, you will work closely with the Training Manager to deliver meaningful training programs, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that every employee has the tools to deliver world-class service.
What You'll Do:
- Training Operations & Coordination
Supports the Training Manager in planning, organizing, and executing training programs, projects, and proposals.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
Works closely with all departments to ensure smooth and timely implementation of training activities.
- Training Materials & Content Development
Assists in creating, reviewing, and updating training modules, materials, and research-based content.
- Documentation & Records Management
Maintains accurate, complete, and organized records of all trainings conducted across the hotel.
- Training Calendar Management
Assists in setting, updating, and coordinating the hotel-wide Training Calendar.
- Training Section Operations
Ensures the smooth day-to-day workflow of the Training Section and proper coordination with other departments.
- Meetings & External Coordination
Organizes internal training-related meetings and facilitates coordination with external training providers when needed.
- Organizational Support & Reporting
Identifies and reports training-related concerns, issues, and learning gaps to the Training Manager.
- Document Control
Ensures all training documents, logs, and reports are filed correctly and consistently according to standards.
- OJT / Internship Program Administration
Oversees the full internship cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of trainees.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Hotel Management or any similar degree.
- 1-3 years experience in corporate training or in Learning and Development, preferably in a Hotel setting (Other industry experience are welcomed, as long as it is in a training setting)
- Great presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in the creation of training programs, modules, and other training kits for employee development
- Experienced in handling medium to large groups in a training setting
- Willing to be training in HR best practices
