The Brand is searching for an experienced HR Manager in Retail to lead the Department.
Preferably to have a relevant experience on the position of HR in Retail International companies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies for store and regional positions (store managers, sales associates, cashiers, warehouse staff, etc.).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for high-turnover positions.
2. Reporting & Analytics
- Provide HR metrics and reports to management (turnover rates, hiring lead times, training completion, etc.).
- Analyze HR data to recommend improvements in staffing and retention strategies.
- Control the budget and PnL of the stores in case of HR.
- Provide market research of competitors.
3. Onboarding & Induction
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all new employees receive training on company policies, service standards, and retail operations.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues in the retail network.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes in line with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and customer service culture.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate and monitor store staff performance review processes.
- Support store and regional managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in retail operations and coordinate relevant learning programs.
- Support leadership development for store and area managers.
7. Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and leave management systems for retail staff.
