About the role

Lizsil International Manpower Agency is seeking a talented and service-oriented Chat Customer Agent to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless chat-based support.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient chat-based support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Gather and provide feedback to help improve our customer service processes and offerings
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively address customer inquiries
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the chat/messaging channel
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
