Job Description

As a Junior Insurance Administrator, you'll handle insurance claims, verify coverage, and process documents with accuracy and efficiency. You'll serve as a liaison between clients, insurance providers, and internal teams-ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and customer satisfaction in every transaction.

Shift: Night shift, Weekends off

Work setup: Onsite, Clark, Pampanga

Salary: PHP 31, PHP 35,

The Qualifications We Seek

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance coordination or claims processing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and terminology

Technical

  • Accurate input, updating, and retrieval of data using spreadsheets or databases
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive for cloud-based storage and sharing

  • Review, submit, and track certificates of insurance and authorizations
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions and communications
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify coverage and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
  • Provide support during audits and reporting processes
