About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Online Catalogue Administrator to help manage and enhance our online catalogue and web systems. The role focuses on supporting digital platform configuration, maintaining content accuracy, and ensuring a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of online catalogue and webshop platforms
  • Provide frontline internal "Super User" support for catalogue systems
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on back-end system use
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve issues raised by internal users
  • Configure new customer portals and handle ongoing updates or enhancements
  • Act as the main contact for non-technical portal issues
  • Regularly refresh and promote new content, product information, and catalogues
  • Maintain an extensive library of products and related content across all platforms
  • Support creation of campaigns or "order windows" to boost product demand
  • Ensure portals are up to date and visually modernized
  • Assist the tech team with requirement scoping and testing of new system features

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Background in content management, digital marketing, or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Comfortable working with global or cross-functional teams
