Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
  • With at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; SAP S4 HANA experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and manage accounting staff
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience in Motorcycle Manufacturing or Automotive or related industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting functions
  • Develop, implement, and enforce compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high-quality performance and professional development
  • Prepare and review timely, accurate financial statements, reports, and variance analyses in compliance with GAAP and IFRS
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and cost-related analyses
  • Provide financial insights and accounting support to business managers across the company
  • Lead accounting support for external audits, ensuring timely provision of required documentation
  • Monitor and improve accounting processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
