Job Title: Odoo 18 Certified Consultant (Remote)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:

Our client is a fast-growing digital solutions firm specializing in ERP implementations across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, logistics, and services. As they expand our global footprint, we're seeking a certified Odoo 18 expert to join their remote team and help deliver world-class solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo 18 modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional workflows
  • Collaborate with developers to implement custom features and integrations
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Participate in client meetings and offer strategic ERP guidance

Requirements:

  • Valid Odoo 18 Certification (must provide proof)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v14 or newer)
  • Strong understanding of Odoo's core modules and business logic
  • Experience with and deploying custom modules
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working independently and in client-facing roles
  • Must be willing to work on a UK Time Zone

Preferred Skills:

  • Python development experience (for technical consultants)
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Git, and Odoo's Owl framework
  • Experience with international clients (US, UK, MENA)
  • Background in ERP implementation for SMEs or large enterprises
