About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer & Designer with strong expertise in the real estate industry and hands-on skills in Odoo web development. The ideal candidate will design and build visually appealing, responsive, and functional real estate websites that showcase property listings, enhance user experience, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop real estate websites and landing pages within the Odoo framework.
  • Customize Odoo themes, modules, and templates for property management and listing features.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with real estate market standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create UI/UX-driven designs that convert.
  • Integrate tools for inquiries, scheduling, payments, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Odoo website development and design.
  • Strong background in real estate web projects (property listings, IDX integration, property search filters).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python (Odoo framework).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
