Job Summary:

The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of GC by designing,

implementing, and executing test cases. You will work closely with developers, product

managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the delivery of

high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for FM asset management software.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and security.
  • Identify, track, and report defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using testing frameworks.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to enhance software quality and development efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving user experience and system performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the FM, SaaS, or asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
