Qualifications & experience;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Accountancy, Accountancy or related courses
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Philippine Taxation activities and processing of permits and licenses for SMEs, in retail industry or similar duties

Tasks & responsibilities;

  • Ensures the accuracy of reporting and filing of all required reports and monitoring.
  • Facilitates any applications of amendment, renewal/closure and necessary corporate compliance to BIR, SEC and LGU as required to the business operations.
  • Follows through with all BIR and LGU-related permits and licensing for the legitimate operations of the businesses under the assigned corporate subsidiary assigned to him/her.
  • Performs other related tasks and reports that may be asked from time to time by immediate supervisors
  • Ensures the timelines of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and filing of BIR and SEC.
  • Facilitates BIR and business permit applications for new store openings on a timely manner
  • Ensures the regulatory compliance of all stores, warehouses and offices of the entire Prince Retail Group through proper coordination with the assigned personnel in the store/warehouse/office.
  • Complete and properly file all documentations required to ensure that documents can be provided to stakeholders at any given time.
  • Engage in trainings/workshops whether internal or external
