Production Supervisor

  1. Maintain the head count of all operator and helper

  2. Maintain the conditions of all machines during working time.

  3. Check the machine running together the Job Order and materials before and after the process.

  4. Ensure the quality of item to be produce.

  5. Distribute the Production Running Plan as guide of each operator for mass production.

  6. Check all accomplish Daily Production Report made by the production operator.

  7. Ensure all materials issued by warehouse and purchasing is tally before mass production.

  8. Report to production Head if have an abnormality or difficulty of process to avoid long delay process.

  9. Monitor the discipline of all regular and contractual to their respective work area during working time.

  10. Implement good housekeeping every time.

  11. Review every time the Daily Loading Schedule as guide for the needed item to be delivered.

  12. Coordinate to other Department, if necessary, with regard to production process.

  13. Maintain good relationship among Superior, peer and subordinates.

  14. Monitor machine condition and check all Records pertaining the maintenance activities.

  15. Report ahead of time to review and check the status of production.
