PRODUCTION PLANNING SUPERVISOR

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for overseeing all activities related to Production Planning. Ensures the timely and efficient execution of plans aligned with the defined PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) objectives as outlined in the Business Plan.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily production planning operations to ensure alignment with production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Monitor production performance against planned targets and recommend adjustments when necessary.
  • Analyze production capacity and provide solutions to meet delivery timelines.
  • Prepare regular reports on planning efficiency, inventory status, and production performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Support the achievement of business goals by implementing planning strategies in accordance with the Business Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and company policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
