  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production operators and technicians on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure production goals (output, yield, quality, and efficiency) are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and control workflow to meet production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, ESD standards, and safety regulations.
  • Train and coach production staff; conduct performance evaluations and enforce discipline as needed.
  • Implement and support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process or equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and system data entry (MES, ERP, etc.).
  • Support ramp-up, equipment qualification, and process transfers when required.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions in case of production disruptions or quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of any Engineering or 4-year course
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in Test Process as Production Supervisor in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly/test).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, highly controlled environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency with MES/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing reporting tools.
  • Other: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certified environments.
  • Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.
  • Previous experience supervising unionized or large production teams is a plus.
