We are looking for Production Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Implements approved systems and procedures aimed at optimized productivity and process time. Recommends process improvement.
  • Participates in problem solving activities related to quality and productivity. Conducts corrective / preventive actions on operators' related problem.
  • Coordinates with different departments / sections like engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, etc. to ensure continuity of operation.
  • Conducts regular monitoring and evaluation of subordinates performance and formulate action plan to improve performance.
  • Creates an atmosphere of teamwork, high morale and highly motivated subordinates.
  • Enforces company policies, assembly standard operating procedures and instill discipline among subordinates.
  • Prepares reports needed to evaluate line performance against indices.
  • Prepares and monitors budget against actual.
  • Controls withdrawal of materials against budget.
  • Training - Responsible for training new Operators, Production Leadperson and for regular training of Operators prior to re-certification.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as Leadperson or Production Supervisor from a Semiconductor industry
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in FOL, EOL or Test Process
  • Highly analytical with good written and verbal communication skills.
