JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

PURPOSE:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the bank's ERP migration program from SAP ECC6 to a cloud-based ERP platform (SAP Grow, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365). Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and global ERP best practices.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of the ERP transformation, from planning to stabilization.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including business, IT, vendors, and consultants.
  • Establish and maintain the program delivery plan, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests to minimize delivery impact.
  • Ensure alignment between ERP configurations, business processes, and global best practices.
  • Track progress, budget, and benefits realization, reporting to the steering committee.
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove blockers for workstream leads and business stakeholders.
