Position Overview

The Marketing Professional will lead and execute SolarTek's marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. This role requires a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketer who can plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads.

Create engaging marketing materials — including content, visuals, and promotional assets — to enhance brand visibility.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Manage and optimize the company's CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

Support product launches, promotions, and event marketing initiatives.

Prepare comprehensive marketing performance reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5–7 years of solid experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, distribution, or renewable energy sectors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Zoho Marketing, Canva, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, resourceful, and highly organized with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
