About the role

Do you want to become a medical representative and looking to join an exciting and growing Pharma and Medical Device Company. We are seeking a talented Professional Medical Representative with or without any sales experience to join our team at Mary Roche' Marketing. New graduates are welcome. This full-time position will involve representing and promoting to our clients' medical products and services to healthcare professionals in the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers such as doctors, pharmacists, nurses and clients.
  2. Educating healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper use of our medical products
  3. Collecting and analyzing market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities
  4. Attending conferences, events, and meetings to promote our products
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
  6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  7. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities

What we're looking for

  1. With or without any experience as a medical representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  2. Entry-level position - no prior medical representative experience required (experienced candidates also welcome)
  3. A strong understanding of the medical and healthcare landscape, including regulations and industry best practices is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals
  5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  6. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving key performance indicators
  7. Results-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and achieve performance targets
  8. A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacy, or marketing but any field s welcome as long as willing to be trained.
  9. Bachelor's degree required (life sciences, pharmacy, or marketing preferred, but all fields considered with willingness to be trained)
  10. Must be willing to travel within Nueva Ecija and surrounding Central Luzon areas
