About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in processing invoices, managing supplier payments, reconciling accounts, and working confidently with ERP systems. Knowledge of Australian and Philippines financial practices will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately matching invoices to PO's and data entry to accounting system
  • Researching and reconciling vendor billing discrepancies
  • Processing scheduled vendor payments via EFT - Processing expense reports
  • Preparing monthly account reconciliations
  • Ad hoc accounting reports as necessary
  • Communicating and building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing revenue invoices
  • Maintaining and reconciling Accounts Receivable report
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation
  • Preparing PL Breakdown for SG&A review meeting requirements

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience as Accounts Payable
  • Have worked remotely for an Australian organisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Home-based set up ready
  • Fast Internet connection
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role for an Australian organisation
  • Experience using an Accounts Payable System
