  • Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization, matching them to purchase orders or contracts.

  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions, vendor statements, and corporate cards to ensure all payments are accounted for.

  • Maintain an organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and related documents.

  • Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies and payment terms.

Minimum Qualifications: With strong data entry skills

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

Must be proficiency with accounting software and systems

Has the ability to work to deadlines

Must have understanding of accounts payable principles and practices

With customer service orientation

Attention to detail and accuracy
