Assistant Store OIC

Job Description

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Support the Store OIC/Manager in supervising staff performance and delegating tasks.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and store displays.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, cash handling, and basic administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the main office and suppliers for product availability and replenishment.
  • Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Store OIC/Manager.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any business-related course (or at least 2 years in college with relevant experience).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in inventory management and basic reporting.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • With a strong sense of accountability and can work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per day
