About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Paycheck Account Representative to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Paycheck Account Representative, you will be responsible for setting up virtual accounts and processing payments for our clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist customers with opening and managing their paycheck accounts
  • Process payments and transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
