About the role

As a Customer Service Representative for the FedEx account at AUXILIA INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and offers opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels

  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes, or a willingness to learn
  3. Proficiency in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
