About the role
As a Customer Service Representative for the FedEx account at AUXILIA INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and offers opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, processing orders, and resolving issues
- Provide accurate information about FedEx services, policies, and procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes, or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
