Job Summary:

Expected to lead the PI/PO development and support team and drive the planning, design, and development. and implement a PIPO business function to address finance, logistics, inventory, and operations systems requirements in support of the core organizational functions and business processes.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

o Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business, finance, logistics, inventory, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues o Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow o Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

Operational Management

o Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.

o Create system design proposals. o Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

o Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.

o Responsible for delivery of end-to-end SAP PI/PO, any technical and ABAP support and enhancements to the business organization

o Supports and help drive the Change Assessment to review all incoming change requests and project changes for impact and risk assessment as well as release scheduling

o Interact with the functional teams and articulate process-related discussions and problem resolutions

o Oversee and manage the development efforts and manage communication and escalations o Review and monitor the work progress of the team. Provide guidance and instruction to staff members.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or similar courses


• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in SAP technical integration process using
SAP PIPO, SAP CPI (cloud platform integration)
and integration protocols like proxy, HTTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST and Groovy scripting


• Familiar with SAP PI/PO, BW, and SAP Workflow. Has experience in working around logistics, inventory, and sales process domains for retail and/or manufacturing


• Relevant IT Standards trainings, certification preferred but not required


• SAP certifications preferred but not required
