Job Purpose:

This role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration between various SAP and non-sap systems, enabling efficient data flow and integration process automation. The Lead of the SAP Integration team is expected to drive the solution planning, design, project development, and launch of SAP finance, supply chain management, and BTP services in support of core organizational functions and business processes

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP integration projects, ensuring seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, CPI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide integration solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage Critical issues to handle in a quick turnaround time to ensure business continuity by providing technical fixes
  • Assist with upgrades, new releases and monitor performance of the technical objects
  • Lead solution design sessions in prototyping new systems/technologies for innovative initiative to enhance business processes, operations, and integration protocols and framework
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or similar courses
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Process Integration & Orchestration (SAP PI/PO), CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), SAP BTP Integration Suite, and various integration protocols like proxy, HTTPS, SFTP, SOAP, REST and Groovy scripting.
  • Familiar on SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Platform Technology, Datasphere, SAP Fiori, Master Data Management and Governance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Project or Change Delivery Lead for Finance, Supply Chain management and SAP-related workstreams of complex enterprise projects
  • Strong background SAP PI/PO, BW, SAP ABAP, BAPI, IDOC, RPA and SAP Workflow.
  • Has experience in working around logistics, inventory, and sales process domains for retail and service industry sector
  • Relevant IT standards training and certification preferred but not required.
