About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead (PI/PO/CPI) to join our dynamic team at SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate, based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the integration and optimisation of our SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the end-to-end integration of SAP systems, including PI/PO/CPI, to enable robust data exchange and process automation
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions to support key business requirements and initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring maximum system uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration pain points and develop innovative solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration team members
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to our integration architecture and practices
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP integration, with a strong focus on PI/PO/CPI technologies
  • Deep understanding of SAP integration patterns, best practices, and toolsets
  • Expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions, including end-to-end process automation
