TotalEnergies Global Services Philippines is currently recruiting for F&A Analyst - Senior Accountant - General Ledger & Consolidation

The analyst is expected to perform the following key activities:

  • Consolidate ledgers and publish Consolidated Trial Balance and FSG Reports.
  • Prepare and review manual journal entries
  • Perform account reconciliation related to Cash, Intercompany, Payroll, Tax and other accounts not directly related to AP, AR, Inventory and Projects.
  • Monitor timely completion of account reconciliations and maintain data book.
  • Oversee local tax compliance
  • Review and analyze Balance Sheet and P&L Reports.
  • Review and track audit requirements and monitoring of overall audit requirements
  • Ensure accounting process compliance
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead in achieving metrics and goals.
  • Spearhead an alignment meeting to address issue resolution or implement process improvement.
  • Participate in system upgrades and migration.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Preferably CPA, CMA or holds any accounting certifications.
  • Experienced in various accounting areas like General Accounting with extensive knowledge in business end to end processes and business economics and financial analysis.
  • Preferably more than 5 years in full accounting cycle and have experience handling people.
  • Analytical and keen on details
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Can work well at different levels of the organization.
