Urgent Virtual Dental Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Onsite Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work from our office while supporting a dental clinic virtually. You'll provide excellent service to patients, ensure data confidentiality, and maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients online by accurately collecting required information
  • Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage calls and coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Build strong relationships with dental professionals, patients, and internal staff
  • Keep patient records organized and generate necessary reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or has solid customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable
  • Able to work well in a team-based office environment
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Computer-literate and familiar with online platforms
  • Background in a medical or dental-related field is a plus, but not required

Training Program:

All new hires will receive comprehensive training, including:

  • Basic dental terminology and procedures
  • Effective communication strategies
  • Training on clinic-specific software

Compensation During Training:

  • Php 10,000 for the first month
  • Night premium will be provided during the training period

Training Schedule:

  • 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • 6-hour shift with a 1-hour break

Post-Training Schedule:

  • 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
