About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Operations and Sales Manager who will take full ownership of the Heavy Equipment Division, managing and maximizing the utilization of all units used in Horizontal and Road Projects — such as backhoes, dump trucks, payloaders, graders, and other construction machineries.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in operations management, business development, and strategic income generation through efficient equipment deployment and rental operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Heavy Equipment Operations Management
Oversee scheduling, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of all heavy equipment.
Coordinate closely with project sites to ensure timely equipment availability and productivity.
Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
Develop and execute business strategies to generate income through equipment rental, leasing, and project-based deployment.
Identify and negotiate with potential clients and contractors to maximize equipment utilization and profitability.
Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to remain competitive in the equipment rental market.
- Financial and Performance Management
Monitor operational costs, fuel consumption, and overall profitability.
Prepare income forecasts, cost analyses, and revenue reports for management review.
Optimize manpower, logistics, and maintenance costs to ensure target profit margins.

Client Development New client contracts per quarter Minimum 3 new accounts
Operational Excellence On-time deployment and service delivery ≥ 95% rate
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operations and/or sales management
Proven track record in income generation through equipment utilization
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
Familiarity with horizontal or road construction projects is a must
