We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist who will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions across our business systems. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as you have must-have qualities outlined below. This role is heavily focused on automation inside the Zoho ecosystem while also connecting third-party applications (e.g., ClickUp, OCR platforms, GCP, AWS, and other APIs).

The ideal candidate is someone who loves solving problems, can translate business workflows into automated solutions, and has strong scripting skills (Python/JavaScript/Deluge).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with manager to analyze manual and repetitive business workflows to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement custom functions, workflows, and scripts in Zoho Creator and Deluge.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party tools like ClickUp, Zapier, Make, or custom APIs.
  • Develop automation scripts in to handle data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks.
  • Implement OCR solutions (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision API, or Zoho OCR) for document processing and reporting automation.
  • Create automated reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Ensure automations follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Document workflows, scripts, and processes for team reference.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to understand business requirements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.

Technical Competencies (Can Be Learned Here)

  • Scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Zoho ecosystem: Zoho Creator, Books, Inventory, CRM, Deluge scripting.
  • Workflow automation.
  • API integrations and webhooks.
  • OCR tools (Tesseract, Google Vision API, or similar).
  • SQL, Zoho Analytics, or BI tools (nice-to-have).
  • Cloud computing (GCP, AWS)
