This role is essentially a mix of business analyst, RPA developer, and application administrator — making it highly valuable in companies focusing on digital transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications in Networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+), Cloud (AWS, Azure), or SAP Business One (preferred but not required).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Automation Tools: UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or equivalent RPA platforms.
  • Business Applications: ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (Zoho, Salesforce), HRIS, or similar.
  • Integration & APIs: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, system connectors.
  • Scripting/Programming (preferred but not always required): PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Databases: SQL querying, basic database management.
  • Project Tools: Jira, Confluence, or other Agile/ITSM tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset (since automation tools evolve quickly).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Server & Network Management

  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime of company servers.
  • Oversee networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.

Business Process Automation & System Optimization

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to eliminate manual encoding and reduce errors.
  • Create or customize systems, scripts, or applications to streamline workflows across departments.
  • Optimize data processing, reporting, and analytics for operational efficiency.

POS & SAP Business One Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot POS and SAP Business One systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business applications.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

AI & Power BI Integration

  • Utilize AI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and automation.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time business insights.
  • Integrate data sources to provide a one-click overview of business operations.
