Role Overview The Marketing Automation & Design Specialist is responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining marketing workflows, funnels, and assets using GoHighLevel (GHL). This role blends technical expertise in marketing automation with creative design skills to deliver engaging campaigns and streamlined client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing funnels, workflows, and automation sequences in GoHighLevel.

Build and manage landing pages, forms, and email templates aligned with campaign objectives.

Integrate and configure webhooks to enable seamless communication between GHL and third-party applications.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional automation.

Maintain and update CRM pipelines, triggers, and automation rules.

Create visually appealing designs for marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.

Test, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversions.

Monitor performance analytics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on marketing automation best practices, design trends, and GHL feature updates.

Requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.

Strong understanding of CRM workflows, triggers, funnel design, and webhook integrations.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and page customization (preferred).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
